A courtesy Text message reminder or phone call is given to you the day before your scheduled appointment.
If you are not able to make your appointment please give 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for the service as our cancellation policy is in full effect due to the busy nature of the salon & spa. We offer a friendly reminder phone call. It is not our responsibility should you not receive the call or message & miss or confuse your appointment. For group bookings or spa packages, please give 48 hours notice of cancellation.
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment to ensure you will receive optimum results of your treatment.
• When arriving late for an appointment your service will be completed in the time remaining.
• Please let us know if we can make you more comfortable in any way, e.g. massage pressure, room temperature, music volume etc.
• At the time of booking, please let us know if you have anything on your nails other than regular polish. Additional time and cost may be added for removal.
• You will be fully draped during all treatments except areas that are being treated.
• When showering prior to a body treatment we recommend not shaving or waxing.
• We ask you do not use your cell phones or conduct any phone calls in this environment.
• All prices exclude taxes & are subject to change without notice.
• Our spa services and facilities are for individuals aged 12 and up.
• Please note that we do not remove and /or polish any acrylic nails, solar nails, dip nails, or bio gel nails as we do not have the products and/or devices to safety perform these services.
